Ladies - I am a patrol sergeant for an agency in Florida and I am currently working on my double thesis for my Master's degree. My name is Mindy and I just participated in the survey. This is a great topic, thank you for your commitment to our role in this great profession. Have you heard about the “Women Leaders In Law Enforcement” training symposium? It’s the brain child of some outstanding women “trailblazers” in our profession. The symposium addresses the very issues / topics you covered in the survey. Please look them up on facebook and web, they are based out of California and host training symposium every year.. attendance is growing and women from other states are starting to attend. Maybe this could be a great place to start a chapter in your area.
