Depending on when I publish this, I’ll either just be finishing week 8 or starting week 9 of the Crossfit Delaware Valley “SOS” Challenge. The home stretch! As of last tally, team “Skinny Bitches” was in third place by 1.5 points! I saw my partner, Lauren, for the first time in a few weeks and she looks great, I can really tell all her hard work has paid off.

I’m into Week 8 of Crossfit Delaware Valley’s “SOS” Challenge. At the beginning of the challenge, we were to pick our habits for the 10 weeks.
