$200.00 for WTA Members, $240 for non-members

August 8-10, 2011

Location: Shooter School – Atwood, IL.

The Combat Fundamentals course is an intensive 3 day course that covers 2 days of pistol instruction and 1 full day of carbine instruction. Students are introduced to the Shooter School methodology and segment covering mindset. Range instruction includes grip, presentation, reloads, malfunctions and courses of fire designed to enhance accuracy and reinforce combat marksmanship.

Carbine instruction builds upon the KISS principle and incorporates drills learned in the pistol course. Stress induced courses of fire for pistol and rifle enhances the student’s ability to perform under stress. Significant range instruction is spent building efficient weapon skills which increases the odds of the student to survive a deadly force encounter.

Required Equipment:
Pistol (800 rounds of ammo)
Rifle (w/500 rounds ammo)
Duty Belt, holster & tactical gear
Eye & Ear Protection
3 magazines (minimum – pistol and rifle) Rain Gear
Water or hydration device (Camelback) Knee & Elbow Pads
Pen & paper Flashlight
