Well the start of week 2 for me. .The first week was hard. I still couldn't believe how much i weighted but i didn't let that get me down. So i went on a few weight lost web sites looking for tips and hints on what i can do to lost weight. I started cutting out soda. and drinking water. Since i do security on a soda plant trust me that has been the hardest part. I got me a gym membership for me and my son. That way we can get in shape together.I also found a weight lost app on my phone that helps me count my food intake and lets me know my limits. I went to the gym for two days just for a half a hour each day. I didnt want to over do it and hurt myself. I know i have to get use to going to the gym. I found some great food recipes. Im going to go shopping this week and try to found some low fat products. So stay tune guys this is a long road, but i know i can do it.

 

Exercise:

I walked for 20mins on the terdmill

and played wii fit with my son for half a hour.
