Obviously we all know that physical training is important but equally so is mental preparation. Put down the gossip magazine or video controller and pick up a book. undercover concealment
I have been doing plain clothes work for a month now and am having trouble finding a good way to conceal my Glock 19 and all the goodies that come with it. I have tried a shoulder holster and a holster positioned more towards my back. It seemed to work okay since it is colder and I could wear a jacket.
