Every Sunday (based on availability), the WTA will be hosting an intense fitness boot camp that will burn calories, build endurance and build muscle! No matter what your level of fitness currently is, you must attend this boot camp and get in shape!
The class will be hosted by Cheryl Lynn Ward and Karen Bartuch. This boot camp promises to be a dynamic, rigorous and fun Sunday morning. Gett outta bed or off the couch and get in shape!
